How to Measure
Your Body

Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, making sure it is level across your back. The tape should gently skim your skin without pressing in.

Underbust

Measure directly under your bust, where the bra band sits. This tells you the level of support you’ll feel from our underbands.

Waist

Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably snug so you can still take a deep breath.

Hip

Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. This is the key number for leggings and shorts.

Measurement Map

Between sizes or unsure? Start with the larger size and check the feel across bust, waist, and hip. You can always exchange – we want you in the size that lets you breathe, train, and recover with ease.

Size Charts

Use your body measurements, not just your usual clothing size, for the most accurate fit. If your bust, waist, and hip place you in different sizes, choose the size that matches the area you want the most ease.
