Order Tracking

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items include an estimated ship date listed on the product page.
  • All pre-orders are shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.
  • You will receive shipping notifications once your pre-order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your THRĒ Aktiv pieces. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how:

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

Refunds
